This cozy bungalow is located on a historic pedestrian street with no onsite parking. Plenty of street parking near the unit. The space The unit is the second floor of a bungalow built in 1919, and renovated in 2021. Access the unit from the rear alley. Inside a metal spiral staircase leads up to the small but well stocked kitchen. There is a couch, smart television and dining table in the living room. There is high speed wifi. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The bedroom has an armoire, dresser, nightstand and a queen bed. The unit is accessed by a spiral staircase. No smoking in the unit, there will be a $200 smoking charge. Guest access The unit is located on the second floor of a Bungalow which is on a pedestrian only street, Bungalow Terrace. It is accessed from the rear of the bungalow off an alleyway which is between S Packwood Ave and Bungalow Terrace. You can drive on the alleyway and drop off luggage, but there is no parking at the bungalow. There is street parking on Packwood, Rome, and in the parking garage at Rome & Swann. The unit is accessed by a spiral staircase. Other things to note Enjoy yourself and please treat the unit like you would treat your home. No Smoking! If you smoke in the unit you will be accessed $200 additional cleaning fee. No parties Any stay for 28 days or longer will require and additional $99 cleaning every 14 days.
