Private Room in House, Walkable to Downtown

My guest room w/ private bathroom across the hall is located in a 3-bedroom house in east downtown Austin (East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood). It is walkable to all of downtown. Within a few blocks are numerous local coffeeshops, restaurants, and bars as well as a shops like Whole Foods and Target. My place is great for solo travelers and has a partial view of the skyline. If you're an actor or performer, DM me for a discount! I have space you can use for self-tapes if needed during your stay. The space As an actor, I love hosting other actors and creatives (as well as anyone in general) and have self-tape space w/ a backdrop and lighting available at the house should you need to use it! Amenities provided are: - Free street parking - Clean sheets and pillows - Clean towels and washcloths - Free high speed Wi-Fi (login and password will be provided in your room) - Kleenex - Bottled water - A few books and such should you get bored (unlikely!) - Partial view of the downtown skyline - Private bathroom across the hall containing typical bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, TP, hair dryer, etc.) along with a high flow shower head. Also available for use in the house is a microwave and iron/ironing board. Please ask me before using the stove, oven, dishwasher, or laundry room (washer/dryer). Guest access Street parking is free and easy in my area. You will have access to your private bedroom, a private bathroom across the hall, common spaces such as the living room/kitchen, and a rooftop deck with a view of downtown Austin! During your stay I will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have about the space or Austin in general. I have lived in Austin for most of my life and am very knowledgeable about the area. I love recommending all kinds of restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can also hook you up with a discounted e-bike tour of Austin, should you want to take one and learn about my great city! I will do whatever it takes to make your accommodation pleasant and comfortable. Other things to note Please be respectful of my house during your stay. My rules are: - No shoes on the carpet (Please take them off at the door) - Close the exterior doors hard because they may not fully latch otherwise - Always lock the door behind you when leaving the house - No guests are allowed inside the house - The other bedrooms are off limits (I live here)
