This space is not infant, toddler/young children friendly unless an older child of 10 years or older. Place is suitable for two adults and a child over 10. Not child proof/safe. No pets allowed. Bedroom one Queen size bed, closet, two luggage racks, hangers, shelves. Iron/board,clothes drying rack. Roku TV includes Netflix, Prime with Max, Paramount + Showtime and other apps, alarm clock, Mirror on inside of bedroom door.. vacuum if needed, hold handle slide up then pull towards you should come right out of charging station. Living room with a couch has queen size mattress, bed linens & mattress topper for couch in bedroom closet. A lift up coffee table for laptop. Table, two chairs and bench for eating. Roku TV with (satellite tv) direct tv .and same apps as bedroom tv. Window AC unit to cool entire unit. Full bathroom with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, blow dryer, and more, plenty of towels too! Kitchen has oven/stove, toaster oven, crock pot, microwave, blender, coffee pot k-cups creamer, sugar, refrigerator, Brita water pitcher, pots & pans (in stove drawer) utensils and more. 3 outlets in apartment are equipped with cell and laptop/iPad friendly outlets. Outside yard with seating area on a deck with an umbrella, Lil table, barbecue, and a soothing fountain in spring and summer. Cushions for bench under bench seat on deck outside. Close to two main highways (Sunrise/LI Expressway) Patchogue railroad station 12 minutes away, shopping center with laundry mat and cleaners minutes away. Lasorda Legacy 5 minutes away.
