Always booked on Airbnb and VRBO. This is a private 1 bed 1 bath condo located in a gated community in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. It is centrally located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and steps away from the new shopping center The Uncommons and Durango casino. It is a walking distance to restaurants, banks, Ikea, grocery stores, and shops. We are a short driving distance to hospitals, Raiders Stadium, T-mobile arena, and convention center. It furnished with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The living area features an open floor plan concept with abundant natural light all throughout. It has a comfortable oversized sofa bed, 55-inch flat screen LED tv hooked up with Roku allowing you to stream local channels on the Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu app and more. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, and basic essentials you will need when you decide you want to prepare your own home-cooked meals. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer is accessible in the unit. Complimentary Wifi is also available. We are a short walking distance to the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitnesscenter. You will also have your own assigned covered parking. Guest access This is a self check in. However, the day of check in, you will have to let the guard at the gate know know are a new tenant to gain access to the community. You must register with the HOA within 5 days of your check in. Disclosure: There will be no access to the pool, tennis court, or gym unless you are staying for a minimum of 60 days. No refunds will be honored if you decide to cancel because you cannot access the ammenities. Other things to note 📣 This only applies to long term guests 60 days or more. All guests must register with the HOA and sign a lease agreement with us in order to get access to the pool and fitness center. There is an additional $60 registration fee. This includes a gate transponder. Take note: Pool hours may change at any time. We do not honor refunds if you decide to cancel due to the pool area being closed. 🚫 There will be no access to the pool, tennis court, or gym unless you are staying for a minimum of 60 days. No refunds will be honored if you decide to cancel because you cannot access the ammenities. We must also collect an $750 refundable security deposit within 2 business days of confirmed booking which we will be sending a request through the airbnb resolution page for reservations longer than 30 days. 🚫 Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets due to allergies. This is a maximum 3 person occupancy. There is a queen bed that will accommodate to 2 people and a couch for the 3rd person. Please leave your pool key on the kitchen counter upon check out. Lost pool fobs will be a $30 fee.
