Family Friendly, Cheerful & Comfy Home in Town

Welcome to my home! I hope that you find my home comfy and a retreat for your family to enjoy. . In the main living room, there is room for hanging out, playing board games, streaming your shows on the Firesticks, or reading a book curled up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and a fuzzy throw. . If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown. The space I have created this space for both families and for people traveling for work. With that in mind, the living space is open and designed with relaxing and visiting in mind. In the living room you'll find games, cards, crayons, paper, some children's toys and books for varying ages all meant for you to enjoy. . Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or hit up Planet Fitness, just 2 min away, for your workout needs. . Nearby are many restaurants, both local gems and national chains. Though it is nice to eat out, feel free to use my fully stocked kitchen to make a homemade supper to enjoy with your loved ones. There is ample space in the fridge for you to utilize. . For those traveling for work, you'll find a desk area where you may setup and get some work done before you relax in the evening on the patio with the firepit. I have a 3 hr burning log for guests to use if they so choose. . My home is convenient to everything in Morristown and to several popular areas in East TN. You're about an hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area and all the Smokies have to offer. For local spots, I've created a guidebook for you to checkout. . After your day of exploring and checking out the area, you'll have super comfy beds to return to. There are 3 bedrooms with room to comfortably sleep 6. The 2 queen beds have memory foam mattresses that cradle you while you sleep, but before you tuck yourself into the bamboo sheets, be sure to close the room darkening curtains and/or shades for a restful night. . Please note that there is a shallow step between the kitchen and the living space. . I look forward to hosting you! Guest access Access is easy. There is a front stoop but it isn't too high. My aunt is able to go in and out with her walker/cane and she is only able to step up about 8". My drive is concrete with off street parking. There is room for up to 3 cars. Other things to note Just so it isn't a surprise, I do live here but rent my house out when I am gone (either helping my Mum or traveling for work). *Either myself or a friend will stop by to get my mail in the evenings but we will try not to disturb anyone. I'm available if you need anything! *I do have a few food items I keep in the fridge but I've restricted myself to the bottom left drawer and some freezer space. The rest of the fridge and freezer you may use. *For super light sleepers - I recommend a white noise machine or playing YouTube vids with noise - we do have an active train track in town and it is a couple blocks away. Not loud but you can hear it. *Sunday you can have a late checkout till 2PM! No rush to get out the door. Enjoy your Sunday. This is because I have closed Sundays for new check-ins, so I don't have to go in and clean until later.
