The Space: This walk out first level is a private guest suite with a washer/dryer, newly remodeled kitchen, charming patio with views of Downtown, TV, queen sized bed, and a rain shower. It is the perfect hub to explore Denver. Where: Your private suite is in Denver's famous LoHi neighborhood. A 2-10 min walk will take you to all the popular spots including: Avanti, Root Down, Lingers, Forrest Room 5, Black Eye Coffee, Little Man Ice Cream, among others. The space The space is about 700 sqft and provides a welcoming feel. The bedroom has a queen bed with blackout curtains. There is ample closet space with a makeup station and suitcase rack. Two soft robes are provided to comfortably lounge. There is central AC with an added AC unit in the bedroom for those who like it ice cold. The kitchen has modern appliances (minus a dishwasher) and new cookware. What is life without coffee? Coffee is provided so your morning routine is uninterrupted. Olive oil and basic seasonings are also available for use. The living space has a small work desk that doubles as a table to eat with access to a smart TV. Netflix is included but feel free to login to your favorite streaming service. Board games are also stocked for analogue fun. There is a washing/drying machine in the living space too so you can travel light without worrying about being in dirty clothes. The bathroom is a clean modest space. The shower has a big rain shower head with multiple settings and there are cabinets to keep your toiletries out of sight. Shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer are available. I hate hidden fees and I like to be transparent. I have a $85 cleaning fee for the booking. A professional cleaning company cleans the unit between each guests' stay which I feel is critical to providing the best and safest guest experience post COVID. Guest access 1. You will arrive at the front of the house and enter through the short front gate. 2. Facing the house, walk to the right side of the house and walk down the string light lit path to the back of the house and walk through the back gate. 3.
