Stocked with various pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, cups, utensils, bowls, children dishware, blender, toaster, mugs and sponge. - Hand Soap provided for each sink - WIFI - Linens provided for each bed (including sofa bed) - Paper towels in the kitchen - Hand towels in each bathroom - Iron and full size ironing board - Each bathroom (2), contains 2 rolls of toilet paper each. You are responsible for your own toilet paper if these run out. - Fire extinguisher - Broom, dustpan - Hair Dryer in each bathroom - A starter pack is provided that includes a small shampoo, small dish soap, a limited number of dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent bag, trash bags, dish soap. Guest access You have access to all resort amenities. The front desk provides parking access to the garage across the street and pool bands. There are also pool towels provided by the resort available for guests to use. I like to give guests their privacy, however, I am available for any questions through the platform messenger! Other things to note This is someone’s private residence and second home. The property is golf cart friendly. There is no smoking in the unit. - Please note that this is a high rise beach resort where a lot of items are out of the control of the owner. If you have any issues please just let us know. We do have a pest control company that routinely treats the property.
