Located on the first floor of the Center Village Condominium building, this unit offers ground-level access and designated parking. Enjoy the Mad River Valley with a short drive to Warren Village and Waitsfield for shops, dining, breweries and more. **Please read ALL listing details.** The space Many ski families and groups utilize these properties in the winter, so there are times when it does have that "adult-dorm" feel since it is an older building, and sound does penetrate the units. But, if you're looking for a fantastic location that gets you out during the day with a safe, clean place to stay at night, then this is the perfect place for you! We do feel we can provide exactly what you're looking for, with the understanding that these types of setups do have the "ski-bum" feel when multiple groups and families are all staying in abutting rooms during busy times. ***RATE NOTE: AirBnB has changed their rate structure so there is an illusion that there is transparent pricing. They have transferred not only ALL of the fees to the Host, but also forced Hosts to incur tax obligations on all new fees and on the new higher total rate, which we were told by AirBnB to raise, to covers all the fees. For this reason, the higher rates you see are solely due to the new system forced on Hosts in Fall '26. We do recommend bringing your own towels for your own comfort and quality requirements, however as a backup we do have a very basic set of towels should you need them. Toiletries are also available as a backup, even though most guests bring their own. We cannot guarantee that the quality of the toiletries will meet your needs, since every guest is different. There are usually some K-Cups left over that we've provided. Since we do not know what kind of coffee everyone likes, you may want to consider bringing your own K-Cups.
