My partner and I have a wonderful 1 BR apt located in the heart of Sugar Hill in Hamilton Heights (a historic gorgeous neighborhood in West Harlem). Our space is full of old New York charm, unique objects, beautiful furniture, and warmth. This is also a clean and very organized living space (also super quiet). Great for working (3 desks), relaxing, hosting dinners, and getting around (1 block from the A,D express trains) and located by all the essential shops & businesses in the area. We are on the third floor of a pre-war elevator building (6 stories total). The apt has original moldings, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows. We have one large bedroom (queen sized bed) and a large living room/dining room area so there is plenty of room for two people (even 3 as our couch/day bed is very comfortable to sleep on) and 3x desks to work. We also have a bathroom w/tub, a kitchen, and an extra foyer area. The apt is sunny and has large windows in each room and 3 bay windows in our living room (magical). The apt comes fully furnished and includes a great sound system, record player, 2x display screens, and 2x radios! You will have the entire space to yourself! We can be in touch via phone the whole way through. We also have a live-in super in our building who can assist on the same day if we by chance are not in the city. Our apt is half a block from the A,C,B,D train and 7min from the 1 train. The neighborhood is very beautiful and we are close to St. Nicholas park (5min) Riverbank state park (7min), City College. This is a quiet area, cute cafes, lot's of good food spots. We are also a block from the laundromat and from the grocery store. Highly convenient location in the neighborhood! Very easy, we are half a block from A,C,B,D and 7 min from 1 train (on Broadway). We also have tons of buses that go all the way downtown which stop right on St. Nicholas Ave. The apt will be PROFESSIONALLY cleaned before check-in !
