Quiet Private Room Downtown JVille Close To Water

Our Home is right around the block from Camp Lejeune and close to the water and multiple parks. Downtown Jacksonville is beautiful and quiet but also close enough to bars/restaurants and shopping. We have a private fenced backyard with a large porch, great to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine by the fire! Your private room is very home-y and cozy, making it a great place to unwind after a long day or pull up a chair and work right at your own deskspace! The space Our property is a nice one story home in downtown, very close to the water and minutes from Camp Lejeune. We have a great sized backyard with a large porch and outdoor seating/bar. During the spring/summer it is great to enjoy the outdoor landscaping which surrounds the yard. The house itself is 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We do not however rent to more than one guest at a time. Your space will be a bedroom right next the the bathroom, making it convenient for you to not have to walk around the house. Guest access Guests will have access through the front or back door, which has a keypad combo. We are usually in/out of the house, but you will have access to the common areas as you please. Guests can park on the street or in the driveway. Downtown is safe and quiet and easy to get around since it is close to base and away from traffic. During your stay We do go in/out of house often, but always make ourselves available via call, text or face to face. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
