We have a guest house for rent. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds in each. A small balcony on the 2nd floor. 1 full bathroom upstairs (with a shower cabin). 1 half bathroom (toilet & washstand) on the ground floor. The space This is 2-bedroom coach/laneway house built with high quality materials. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with high quality mattresses, bedding and linen. There are 2 fully stocked bathrooms: - on the ground floor, the bathroom has a toilet and sink, plus the room with a washer/dryer (detergent provided). - on the second floor, there is a full bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower cabin. A hairdryer is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials that you might need, it includes: a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, tea kettle, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, detergent and etc. In the living room, we have a 32" smart TV with Netflix service connected 24/7. Guest access You have the coach/laneway house entirely to yourself with a separate entrance and your own burglar security system. Other things to note Free street parking near our house.
