Relaxing One Bedroom Pondhouse On Private Lake

Come relax in a quiet, secluded cabin situated on a private 13 acre lake perfect for fishing and kayaking! Take in the beautiful views from the front porch, where a wedding venue (The Barn at Melan Farm) can also be seen. The pond house is available during the week when events aren’t happening, & is located on a quiet farm 10 mins away from the town of Baxley. Complete with a full kitchen, 2 smart TV’s, outdoor sink for cleaning fish, and plenty of space to unwind, you’ll never want to leave! The space A queen bed is located upstairs in the bedroom, and the living area downstairs provides ample room to bring in air mattresses to sleep additional guests. There is also a comfy couch, love seat, and 2 recliners in the living area. Guest access Guests will have access to entire pondhouse and the area immediately surrounding it during their stay, including the dock and lake for fishing and relaxing. No swimming is permitted. Other things to note Please note the pondhouse is located beside our wedding and events venue, The Barn at Melan Farm. While we don’t allow bookings during events to ensure privacy, it is possible that set up prior to an event could be taking place at the barn during your air Bnb stay at the pondhouse.
