Welcome to the Disco Loft— truly a Detroit diamond. On the edge of the Detroit Riverwalk just outside of downtown, this spacious two-bedroom offers ultimate comfort and convenience while exploring and experiencing the city. The space Sprawling living space offers an abundance of dining and seating vignettes. Bedrooms are fully insulated and in opposite corners of the loft. Massive master bedroom includes a living space with electric fireplace. **please let us know if you’ll use the Murphy Bed in the newly designed second bedroom, so we can have it set up upon your arrival. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, serveware, utensils, glassware, and tableware. We've got the wares. Well-appointed with Nespresso coffee and organic tea; full-size organic condiments; all-natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; shower steamers; and more. Fast WiFi. Professionally cleaned with a medical-grade HEPA filter running at all times. North-facing windows with sheer blinds and black-out curtains. Dimmer switches on every fixture. iPad-controlled smart light system throughout. Alexa system with 7 speakers and a subwoofer. Netflix available. Free street parking. Guest access The whole space is yours for the duration of your stay, with the exception of our locked utility/supply closet. Other things to note Please note that the loft is located in a multi-unit building with residential and commercial neighbors. We enjoy a generally sleepy block, and it's not often that you'll hear any neighbors, but don't expect complete solitude— it is a city! Especially in the warmer months, the immediate area is frequented as an access point to the Riverwalk. EVENTS/GATHERINGS Only the number of guests confirmed on the reservation are allowed in the loft during your booking. Prior permission is required if you’d like to have additional guests for a visit during your stay. A "visit" would be considered up to 4 unregistered guests stopping by for a few hours or before heading out, for example, and would not require any additional fee, only prior notification is required. If you'd like to invite 5-15 additional guests to the loft for a get-together and/or meal during your stay, a fee of $100 for every five guests will apply ($100 for 5 guests, $200 for 10 guests, $300 for 15 guests). These guests are in addition to the overnight guests confirmed on the reservation. Guests who host an event or gathering or invite unregistered guests over without permission will be charged $50 for every unregistered guest.
