Beautiful, spacious, sunlit condo 1 block from L

The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, windows on three sides for all day sunlight, and all of the amenities to have a comfortable stay whether you want to relax or work. The location can't get any better with the L around the corner and 1 quick stop from Manhattan, 2 blocks from the main stretch of Bedford Ave, while still being tucked away on a charming, quiet corner. McCarren Park, Domino Park, Greenpoint, and the waterfront boardwalk within a 10 minute walk in any direction. The space BEDROOM A roomy bedroom with a comfortable queen Tempurpedic mattress. You'll have a large dresser and a clothing rack with hangers, as well as a clothing/shoe rack at the entrance for coats and shoes. There is a 50" Sony Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, AppleTV+, etc. LIVING AREA The living area is my favorite part of the apartment with massive windows throughout. Take a nap or cuddle up with a book on the velvet Crate & Barrel couch or leather recliner. You'll have a projector hooked up to an Apple TV with all of the streaming apps you know and love. There's also a meditation pillow if you're into that and a lap desk if you like to work from the couch. OFFICE/DINING The dining table doubles as a workspace furnished with a Steelcase Gesture chair, ergonomic bluetooth keyboard and mouse, a monitor, and a printer. Of course, you might want to use the dining table for... dining, in which case there are two leather dining chairs. KITCHEN Everything you need: dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, etc. But highly recommend exploring the amazing restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood! BATHROOM You'll have a few modern luxuries including Aesop hand soap, Act + Acre shampoo and conditioner, and Onsen Japanese waffle towels. There's a large mirrored medicine cabinet where you can store your toiletries during your stay. TECH Super fast fiber wifi, Sonos speakers in the living room and bathroom, and a G00gle home in the bedroom. All of the speakers are G00gle home enabled but you can turn listening off if you prefer. For ambient music throughout the apartment while working or hanging out, I highly recommend playing music from the bathroom Sonos. OTHER AMENITIES - Washer/Dryer in unit - Central AC heating/cooling - Dyson air purifier/fan - Exercise equipment - Roof access at the top of the stairs for city views Guest access Free street parking. Easy access via subway with the Bedford L stop one block away on Driggs & 7th. Subway lines J, M, Z, G within a few minutes. Citibike station one block away. Tons of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, markets, etc. within steps of the building.
