Amazing location on a quiet, family friendly block just minutes from two incredible neighborhoods, Noe Valley and the Mission. Both neighborhoods offer a plethora of great cafes, markets, shopping, the best restaurants, and nightlife right nearby. 10 minutes by foot from BART, a 12 minute walk to Whole Foods, and 15 minutes to the iconic Dolores Park. It's a quick and easy 10 minute BART ride to downtown, Union Square, and the Embarcardero. The space Two bedrooms, one bathroom, with the smaller bedroom doubling as a perfect work from home office. Large front patio with a picnic table, umbrella, and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the sunny Mission/Noe weather. Smart TV and WiFi. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use. There is an EcoBee thermostat with heating and fan. There is also ample closet space and storage in each of the bedrooms. Please note that each room has one full sized bed. This is not a rental property, but my primary home, and you're welcome to use my fully stocked kitchen and pantry to cook and bake your heart out. Guest amenities include snacks to get your trip off to a great start! I love plants and have a lot of them around to create a calming, green oasis. I'd appreciate if you wouldn't mind watering them if you are staying for more than a week. Guest access Entire 2 bedroom condo with private front patio as well as smaller back patio. Other things to note Shoes are fine in the condo, but please no shoes on the rug. For those with Emotional Support Animals- before booking, please understand that your ESA is welcome as per California law, but the animal may not be left unattended in my home without an owner at any point in time.
