The train is on average one time per hour with an occasional horn sound. Also there is some construction nearby as they are building an underpass nearby. Well designed, state of the art sustainable building materials. Solar, HVAC mini-split. Water filtration system throughout with tankless hot water. Warm wood tones. New construction 2021. As with first floor dwellings, there are occasional footsteps of upstairs residents. Guest access Private entry through patio with large sliding glass door. This helps us keep rates lower by avoiding gaps between stays. If your dates don’t align with these cycles, the nightly rate may be higher to cover the extra days.
