Garden house with gas fireplace

Beautiful new cottage with lots of light, swing, and gas fireplace. Large open space with private deck looking out at Mt St. Helena. In the evening, turn on the outdoor string lights and relax on the swing under the huge oak tree before sinking into the memory foam king size bed. In the morning there is pour over coffee and robes so you can sit outside and sip your coffee. Perfect place to stay for a while, or have a romantic weekend. The space You will have the whole cottage and South facing deck to yourselves. Feel free to wander into my "chicken pen" with the trampoline and swing off your back deck. Wander further and you will find a path out to St. Helena Creek. There is a full kitchen, and California King memory foam mattress and even a hammock inside for you to relax in. We welcome all fun, funky, gay, straight, LGBT, business folks to our garden spot. My son, whom I built this cottage for when his home burned, recently moved on and now the space his friends enjoyed for all their serious and fungal fun is dressed up and ready for other folks to do the same. I am sure you will enjoy the space as they did whether you are wine tasting, soaking at Harbin, working, or visiting other realms. Guest access There are two parking spaces right by your front door. St. Helena Creek and the rest of Middletown are only a short walk away. Wine tasting in the area and of course, the beautiful Napa Valley is 20' away. Other things to note Make sure you have gotten written permission from me before bringing any kind of pet. Please note that my chickens are penned in the yard off your deck so be aware of keeping any approved animals away from them! If you will be bringing more than two people and need my memory foam floor mattress or crib please message me. Also, I have the highest speed wifi available in the area, (1GB), and I work from home so am quite speedy at keeping it up and running for my own family. The wifi works very well in the Riverbed house and guests are free to stream movies and work from "home" as long as you do not download large or illegal files. Because of our remote town, I cannot guarantee the wifi is always working. It is RARELY down, but, I do not want to disappoint anyone who is counting on wifi. There is good reception here for both Verizon and Att so you will always be able to use your phone as a hot spot if needed. This space is behind my house. Close by, (on the other side of my house) are my other listings called The Riverbed house, The Well House, and the Love Shack. If you have friends coming and want to be close by they are all in the same block of town behind the library.
