With a modern layout the full kitchen opens up to the living room for an airy feel. Please note that this is an in-law, meaning it is built in the lower level of our home, but completely private. The space The unit is an in-law in my home. Built in 2020 it is all brand new and has complete privacy from the unit upstairs. The unit is super-clean, neat, new and well-light. Although there is no built in heating, there is a effective electric space heater. Please note to access the property you have to walk down our driveway which has an incline. There is also one step to reach the front door. Guest access Guests access the unit through the back yard. There is usually easy free parking on the street. Parking is on the street. This is an urban area, parking is dense. Other things to note Dax and Lili are the owners and live upstairs. Dax is an Oakland native and Lili grew up in San Francisco. We are regular folks who rent out their in-law - we are not developers or Airbnb business owners with multiple priorities.
