No smoking. Last, the cleaning fee is lower than about 2/3 of other units this size because guests start a load of dishes and towels on checkout. We love this home so much, and we'd love to host you here! Enjoy mornings watching the sun light up the continental divide, or spend the evenings on one of the two decks watching wildlife and listening to the elk bugle. Because the home is so close to the National Park boundary, animals are everywhere! The views here are unbelievable, with a straight shot to Longs Peak, and just far enough from downtown that the Milky Way is bright. Our quiet neighborhood offers a new sense of peace to many. This is a place to get away and reset. If you're in the mood to relax, our home should provide. On summer and fall evenings, you can enjoy the decks, outdoor seating and BBQ -- or bring everything inside during winter's first snow and warm up in front of the living room fireplace. The main floor's open layout offers a living area, kitchen, dining area and den for gatherings. Downstairs you'll find a second den with a second TV, as well as a queen and twin bedroom. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: A main floor Kind master suite with attached bath, with unreal views of Longs Peak Bedroom 2: A downstairs en suite queen with its own bathroom. Bedroom 3: A downstairs en suite with two twins that can be pushed together to form a king. Again, its own bathroom. Bedroom 4: A pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs den offers sleeping for two more BATHROOMS Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There's also a powder room in the main floor. LIVING, DINING & COOKING Kitchen - Our kitchen is loaded with appliances big and small. A bar area with seating means the chef won't be left alone. Great for socializing and hanging out. Open Living Area - Our home has an open main floor living/kitchen/dining area that flows together. Big windows maximize the big views, and huge doors open onto the two decks, bringing the outside in. Entertainment - The upstairs media room has a large smart TV with your favorite channels. A smaller TV in the downstairs den is great for the kids. We are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Our gas grill and gas fireplace are both allowed. ROAD CONDITIONS Estes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area! GUEST COUNT Our permit is limited to 8 people max-including infants and children BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in! SECURITY We have a Minut smart home meter that alerts us to parties. It measures decibel levels and temperature to protect our home and neighborhood. Registration Details 20-NCD0308
