Dining area with bar and mini fridge. Open modern kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded appliances and custom cabinets. Bathroom with glass shower enclosure, toilet and vanity with sink. Bedroom with queen size bed, large closet, dresser and TV. Bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV, classic video game cocktail table, and access to back deck. Upstairs- Entry. Master suite with king size bed, vaulted ceilings, TV, dresser, separate water closet, vanity with sink, and large open glass shower enclosure with custom tile. Outside- Large raised entertaining deck with overhead lights, BBQ, dining table, and lounge chairs. Jacuzzi spa. Fully fenced, beautifully landscaped yard. Level cement parking for 2 cars-no exceptions. Upper and lower secluded patios. This property sleeps 6- No Exceptions This property allows 2 cars-No Exceptions * You must list all guests that will be staying, including pets. No exceptions * There is a $100 pet fee. **Lake access: You will have access to walking trails around the lake which lead to the village. And Peninsula Park, a swimmable beach and park with a playground, grass, bbqs and restrooms. You will need to send us the names and emails of each guest, so that we can register you with the Lake Arrowhead association office. We prefer you to do this 24 hours before your stay to avoid any delays in your enjoyment of the lake. Guest access Lake access: You will have access to walking trails around the lake which lead to the village. And Peninsula Park, a swimmable beach and park with a playground, grass, bbqs and restrooms. Access to the lake is free. We will just need the names of each guest and email addresses for all adults. We will then register you with the Arrowhead Lake Association. We prefer you to do this 24 hours before hours prior to your stay to assure there’s no delay in access. Once you sign attached waiver, you will receive a code to retrieve the lake pass. Carry the lake pass with you at all times. Please be sure to return lake pass to lock box prior to check out to avoid $50 fee. Enjoy our beautiful lake.
