The apt. has private door with lock, leading into a completely renovated, modern-design kitchen with new appliances, living room with large comfy sofa and flat screen TV, free WiFi, 1 bedroom, 1 “office”each with a queen size bed, private bathroom. New washer and dryer is shared with owner as well as patio, yard, driveway and back door entrance. Cozy, yet modern design and feel. Newly renovated with new appliances. Great for one single person or two colleagues/friends traveling together as space is on the smaller side. One closet and dresser available. The second room is technically not a bedroom as it does not currently have an egress window so could be used as an office. Fully furnished, new linens, towels, dishes, coffee maker, sugar, flour, spices, cookware available. Not handicap accessible. Property sits on top of a hill with a gravel/dirt road leading to it. Plenty of free outside parking on the long driveway. You must climb a few stairs and walk along the sidewalk to the backside of the home, where the basement apartment entrance is. You will have a key to the back door (which is also shared with home owner occupying upstairs.) A small landing leads downstairs to the apartment, which does have a separate key to a private door. I am available daily by text, email or phone if I am not at home. I’ll assign a trusted family member as a backup / maintenance assistance. Quiet family neighborhood, houses are far apart, there is a park with a playground and picnic benches (Kelly Park) trees are grown providing shade and privacy. A bit off the beaten path for sure. Be prepared for a gravel/dirt road (only the last few hundred yards) that winds up a hill, which is a bit narrow and can get slippery in winter. But the scenery is worth the extra caution. Wildlife, trees, open land to see the stars. Plenty of free parking outside on the long driveway.
