Welcome! Our condo is newly renovated for our guests to enjoy with seasonal pool access & a year-round spa. It is cozy, spacious, & clean. The location is spectacular & ideal for those seeking to visit beaches, ski, golf, hike, dine, & enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is within close distance to Incline Village Hyatt (0.8 mi), Diamond Peak Ski Resort (1.6 mi), Sand Harbor Beach (3.2 mi), Kings Beach (4 mi), Incline Village Championship Golf Course (0.8 mi), biking & hiking trails. The space The house can sleep 6-9 people. Master Bedroom 1st floor – king size bed Living room sofa bed – queen size bed Balcony room 2nd floor – queen size bed Bunk room on 2nd floor – queen size bed and twin bed on the top bunk The great room and kitchen are on the first floor. There is a bathroom located on each floor. The house is equipped with all essentials. Includes: WiFi, smart TV in the living room and the balcony bedroom, various toys & games are available in the console next to the fireplace, Washer/dryer & detergent are available in the unit, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, bathroom essentials, beach towels, and among more. For winter, there are sleds. For families with young children, a booster highchair is available and an infant crib is available upon request. Fully furnished kitchen so guests can cook their own meals. Guest access Guests have access to condo common areas which include a seasonal pool, year-round hot tub and sauna, playroom with a ping-pong table, TV, and games all within a one-minute walk from the condo. The hot tub and sauna hours are posted on the front door and side door of the clubhouse. Guests will have access to 2 parking spots. Forest Pines Entrance 2 offers the closest parking to the condo. Other things to note Please note that Ski beach, Incline beach, and Burnt Cedar Beach are private beaches for residents only. Guests/tenants are not permitted. Guests/tenants can access public beaches such as are Sand Harbor Beach (3.2 mi) and Kings Beach (4 mi). Lone Eagle Grill by the beach at Hyatt is 0.8 mi. NO PETS ALLOWED Please do not leave food outside as there are animals in the area such as bears. Please be respectful of the property and the common areas. We ask that you are considerate of neighbors and manage noise after 10:00pm as to not disturb others. This rule is written into the bylaws of the condominium. Please return all items to their original placement. Put all dirty laundry in the hampers located inside the master bedroom and laundry closet on the second floor. Remove food and trash in the kitchen. Please make sure to close and lock all windows and doors when you check out. Thank you in advance!
