Welcome to Javelina Haven - your spacious Tucson desert retreat! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath private home is the perfect home base for families, groups, and digital nomads exploring Tucson. Unwind after a long day of hiking in the private backyard hot tub, recharge in the dedicated dual-screen home office (ideal for remote work and workcations), and cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen — with all kitchenware provided. The space This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood has a spacious 4-bed/2-bath space complete with a hot tub, 2-car garage, and a large backyard area. For those needing a productivity space, there is one bedroom with an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse. Please let us know if you are bringing pets and we can provide some pet amenities including Kennels, bowls, and extra pet blankets. We require that you provide us with their size and breed before we accept your reservation at our discretion. There is a current maximum of TWO pets allowed per reservation and the pet fee is $75 per reservation. Length of stay with pets is currently limited to 2 weeks unless an exception is made; additional fees may apply. The master bedroom has one king bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the third a rollaway twin bed. The queen bedroom has an iron and ironing board. And the third bedroom with the rollaway has an office desk setup. Bath towels are laid out on the beds. The closets include hangers and hanging shelves. The living room has a sectional couch and a 55" HDTV. The kitchen has designated shelves in the fridge and pantry that guests are welcomed to use. Included in the kitchen are a stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired. The guest bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink. There is a spacious backyard space with trees and pleasant landscaping with a couple of chairs, grill, and hot tub. The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed. The neighborhood has a small community park nearby with a playground and various pull-up bars and dip stations. There is also a nearby bike path that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs. Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 (lower in the winters) in the evenings as desired. Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required upon booking. Guest access The entire 4bed/2bath space is available for guests except for the two cleaning closets. Other things to note Please keep any noise down in the house and backyard as a courtesy to the neighbors from 10PM to 7AM. There is a $75 pet fee per reservation if bringing a maximum of 2 pets. Longer stays (monthly) are welcome as well. Please message me first as to the reason for your stay before booking an extended stay. Long-term Stays: Cleaners will perform a routine property maintenance visit and light cleaning service once per calendar month during the rental term. Tenant will receive the monthly cleaning schedule shortly after booking confirmation. The scope of each visit includes general tidying, bathroom refresh, kitchen wipe-down, any maintenance needs, and a property condition inspection. This service is included in the monthly rental rate.
