So much better than photos! Built in 2019, this newer cottage has everything you need for the perfect getaway! Pontoon is included during the summer months. Private 3 acre lot with only 6 other cabins on the lake, surrounded by township land...it feels as if you were in the Boundary Waters. Great fishing, swimming & recreational lake, spring fed so it stays clear year round. New floor to ceiling stone fireplace, LVT flooring in Living/Dining, huge deck, firepit w/ firewood, 4th bed/bath. The space You'll love the open floor plan with large windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you'll need to create perfect meals including: crockpot, coffee maker, ice maker, pots/pans, plates, silverware, dishes, gas stove, dishwasher etc. Laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and available for you to use during your stay. The dining room and living room is wide open with vaulted ceilings and newer flooring and fireplace just completed in May. A huge maintenance-free deck was installed this spring which includes a gas grill, and patio furniture. The lower level is unfinished, however we've just completed the 4th bedroom with a connecting bathroom that includes a huge walk-in tile shower. It's beautiful!!! The lake is just steps from the home with little to no elevation. A new firepit was installed this spring...the perfect place to tell ghost stories and roast marshmallows at night. Firewood will be provided and available for you to use. Taylor lake cottage is located on a dead-end road. Each lot is approximately 3-6 acres, so they're plenty of space between you and the neighbors. It's approximately 8-10 minutes to the local bars/restaurants and 10-15 minutes to town. You can't beat this location...you'll feel a part of nature. All supplies are provided. Guest access There is plenty of parking on the driveway.
