Peaceful 3 bed 2 bath (+ office) home in Montecito near Lotusland. Relax with the whole family, and enjoy indoor / outdoor living, at its finest! Only a short 5 min. drive to restaurants and shops on Coast Village Rd, or beautiful Butterfly Beach. Spend your days at the beach, hiking trails right from the house, wine tasting nearby, or enjoying the downtown scene. Santa Barbara has so much to offer, and our home is a perfect home base for exploring the area, or enjoying downtime. The space This is our primary residence, so the home is well furnished with everything you will need during your stay! Bedroom 1: Queen size memory foam mattress and attached bathroom Bedroom 2: Kids Bedroom with twin bunk bed Bedroom 3: Guest room Twin daybed with pull out twin trundle Separate Office: Enjoy a detached office space with AC, WIFI extender, electric standing desk and monitor. Ready to plug in! Relax in our peaceful backyard, dine al fresco and cook on the Traeger Smoker. The kids can jump on the trampoline and play with an assortment of outdoor games (like yard dice, giant Jenga, or nerf blasters). Hike from the property, trails just a short 5 min walk! The property is very quiet with lots of stars visible at night, yet also close to lower Montecito shopping areas, downtown State St., the funk zone wineries, and multiple beaches and hiking trails. Guest access Parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway. Garage is not included. Street parking is discouraged as a courtesy to the neighbors if possible. Other things to note Our home has lots of toys for children ages 3-10. We do not have any baby supplies, but will be happy to assist with this if required.
