Centrally located, the apartment is walking distance to Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, Chinatown, the Glebe, Lansdowne Park, restaurants, cafes, boutiques on Bank St and Elgin St., and the Nature Museum. The space Renovated, modern and well insulated apartment is the upper unit of an owner occupied duplex. The two level apartment has everything you need; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, complimentary coffee and tea, wi-fi, and Netflix. There is a four season sun room and a spacious and bright living room. The enclosed attic on the 3rd level provides a separate space for sleeping children away from the kitchen, bathroom, living room and master bedroom. The attic has a washer and dryer, queen bed, single bed and can easily accommodate a travel crib. Please note that the attic has a low ceiling. In addition to central heating, as of September 2018 we have window air conditioning unit for the attic and the master bedroom. Ideal for families, Graco travel crib, change table, high chair, infant bathtub, and bouncer included. Guest access The two level apartment is the upper unit of a house divided into two units. Guests have their own entrance and we live in the unit downstairs. There is a sitting area in the front garden for your enjoyment during the warmer months. Other things to note Two parking spots are available in the driveway. Please let us know if you need parking. We provide a good supply of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, basic cleaning products, coffee and tea) for your arrival. However, for long-term stays (over 30 days) guests are expected to purchase their own essentials once the essential items we provide are used up.
