Tucked behind the door is a large Smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights—an ideal space to relax and unwind with friends or family after a day exploring the Ozarks. ☼ The spacious, open kitchen is thoughtfully organized and ready for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the perfect meal. Feel free to check the cabinets and drawers—if something you need isn’t there, just let me know and I’ll gladly provide it. We also keep snacks and K-Cup coffee stocked and ready for you! ☼ Outside, the carport has been transformed into a second living area—perfect for enjoying beautiful Arkansas weather with a pint and good company. The secure bike locker provides safe storage for your bikes or other gear. (The front wall functions as a gate, allowing easy access for bicycles and motorcycles.) ☼ The main bedroom features a queen bed with a luxury cooling mattress topper and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing, leisurely mornings. ☼ The spacious second bedroom is versatile and ready for your needs. The queen bed—with a luxury memory foam topper—is arranged as a daybed, creating a perfect spot to relax or a comfortable sleeping area for friends and family. The open layout offers ample space for yoga or stretching (mats provided). A dedicated quiet office area with plenty of natural light and convenient outlets is ideal for remote work. A brand-new washer and dryer are also discreetly located nearby; please note the dryer can be pretty loud, so we recommend running it on a low spin cycle or while you’re out enjoying the day. ☼ Traveling with little ones? Just let me know! Toys are available in the basket under the TV, and we also offer high chairs, pack ’n plays, strollers, babysitter recommendations, and more upon request. ☼ Pets are warmly welcome!
