As you pull up the long private gravel drive you will quickly understand the modern country tranquility that awaits you and your guests. You are not in the city anymore...and will appreciate the uniqueness of this property as you approach the barndos. Welcome to to your modern, country, retreat! The space The MAIN House is where your family will gather most with its chef like kitchen and large living space for entertainment. The building is anchored by a large living room with dining and a large smart TV for watching the games. This MAIN house also included 2 private bedrooms, a bathroom and a fun “deer stand” loft area that can be used for sleeping or just cuddling and reading a good book. The GUEST House (connected to garage) offers it’s on uniques experience with full kitchen and nice living space. When its time for bed this GUEST loft offers 3 full beds to satisfy in large group of families or teenagers. A shared bathroom completes the space and allows for others to have their own bedtime to not intrupt the MAIN house. The POOL House is located at the end of the resort style modern swimming pool and is home to a game room including: full size 8ft billard table along with a TV, and plenty of fun for all ages. Being a separate stucturure allows for late night gaming and hours of fun for adults and teenagers allike. The OFFICE structure is a great private building, away from it all. Just a short 100 paces away you will find more private area and a great place to plug in your laptop with a dedicated monitor and desk to really get some work done. Take calls, project to the TV, or sit back and have a small conference or Zoom meeting with plenty of space and privacy. There is also a large table for multi purpose usage for work, play or just general crafting and such. Guest access Plenty of parking on private 11 acre land.
