Entire Litchfield County Lake House with Views

Weekly or preferrably longer-term stays available (for two or up to 8 guests) at a spacious, fully furnished, tranquil and inviting home set above Bantam Lake with panaramic views.    A great getaway into the country but still close enough to everything you need in lovely Litchfield Center, including seasonal recreation (fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking trails, wineries, fall fairs and foliage, winter ice fishing and ski resorts nearby). The space Catch the sunrise from the second-story front deck and/or in the living area over some coffee. This Lake House has an open floorplan for gathering and living comfortably.  It is ready for a family or even an extended family.   The kitchen includes everything you need to cook your own meals if you choose: an island with sink and dishwasher which seats four. Also, a dining area and living room on the main floor along with a full bath. The living space includes a 55” TV and is a great place to relax and/or entertain.  The master suite located upstairs faces the lake and includes a jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bath.  The other three rooms on the same level can be used as bedrooms or home offices if you choose to work away from home. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer. There is also a fully equipped Rec room on the ground floor with pool table, ping pong table, a table for playing cards, and a bar/lounge.   Entrance is through the front door or 2-car garage. Guest access There is “pull-in” parking at the back of the house. Drive up the driveway (to the right of the house). You can park in the garage. There is room for two cars. We can be available to show you in during check-in or use the lockbox on front door for your convenience.
