Please note that the basement unfortunately has a lower ceiling, with a height of approximately six feet. This newly built home features heated floors and boasts over 400 feet of river frontage. You also have access to kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Other things to note A camera has been installed outside the house for your security.
