Getaway by the Bay

Our very clean, cozy, remodeled guesthouse is set in an ideal location in the heart of Two Harbors. We are within 4 blocks of Lake Superior, several restaurants and shops, downtown Two Harbors, and Castle Danger Brewery. A private drive for our guests, with keypad entrance into the guesthouse. Fast, reliable wifi to keep you connected. A 15 minute drive to Gooseberry Falls, 20 minutes to Duluth. An excellent location to enjoy your North Shore getaway. The space Built in the late 1800's, our guesthouse is a remodeling project that was completed in January 2022. This one queen bedroom/one bath (large shower) home is designed for 2 guests. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities for cooking. Cozy up in the living room to watch a movie, play a game, read a book, or work on a puzzle. Please note this guesthouse is located behind the owners home and near the garage. Also, the neighboring properties all have garages in close proximity. There is a city park with open space one city lot away and Lake Superior is just 3 blocks away. It will be marked by a sign posted on the corner of the garage. A walk through the park next door takes you into historic downtown Two Harbors. Continue past the train depot and hop on the walking trail that takes you to Lighthouse Point and along the shore of Lake Superior for another mile, down to Burlington Bay. By crossing over Hwy 61, and walking through the golf course parking lot, the trail continues on and makes a big loop of Two Harbors . It's a beautiful 4-mile walk/run and a great way to see the town. Lots of bikers use this paved trail, as well. Other things to note We have a strict no pet policy. Lic# 1452
