On the main floor you'll find 2 queen bedrooms, one full bath and a private office with a sofa-bed. Upstairs is a massive suite with a king bed, bath with a soaking tub and your own private balcony! The space The Big Smokey House is perfect for families, friends and working professionals looking for a comfortable and private place to call home for a few days. Relax on the backyard deck on a sunny day with a barbecue and let the kids play on the play set/sand box. Sit with a cup of coffee on the upstairs balcony or on the front patio next to the fire pit. All while watching the neighborhood horses and checking out the beautiful Mountain Views. Then take a walk right out the front door on neighborhood trails with views of Mt. Rose and downtown Reno. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, an office with queen sofa bed and one bathroom. Upstairs is a large suite with private balcony, 40" smart tv and full bathroom including double sinks and a large soaking tub. The living room has a 50" smart tv programmed with HBO, Hulu and Netflix. The private garage offers parking for two and a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Guest access Guests are welcome to park in any of the many parking spaces in front of the house. There is plenty of space for cars, trucks, trailers and vans. Guests also have access to a two car garage. Other things to note Our home is located at the end of a quarter mile gravel road. While it does not require four wheel drive (with the exception of extreme conditions) it can be a bumpy ride and may be icy in the winter. Please plan accordingly.
