Lots of bikes for everyone (including tag along and trailer for younger kids), tennis/pickleball rackets, tubes for the river or snow, and family games. Perfect for family vacation! Absolutely no smoking or animals on site due to allergies/asthma in host children. The space 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room, garage set up as a play space for ping pong and foosball. Open living room/dining room/familyroom/kitchen space great for family spending together but able to do different things. Games, puzzles, books, and miles of Sunriver trails and amazing resort amenities. Guest access We love that it is so close to the edge of Sunriver (no miles of circles to wind through when you want to go to Bend and all its attractions), but also a quick drive or bike to SHARC and the village. Cross the road to join the miles of sunriver biking trails, head up to Mt. Bachelor or the lakes nearby, head down to the river for basking in the fun, or hand out on the back deck or lounge by the fire inside. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or animals (unfortunately, not even service or emotional support) on site due to our children’s severe allergies/asthma. Outdoor ring cameras and security system, indoor noise monitor (decibel meter for after hours, no sound, no indoor cameras or recording). FYI, it doesn't bother us or the vast majority, but there is a train track across the common area, though we've never heard them blow horns and do have white noise machines for all bedrooms. Parking must be in driveway or garage - can fit one in garage (but does limit play space), two longer (or four small) cars in driveway. Sunriver does not allow street parking.
