Lakeside lower level 1 bedroom rental.

Comfortable 1 bedroom lakeside rental in the lower level of our home with kitchenette. We share our yard and lake front with you! Wander thru our flower gardens or detour and take a walk/bike down the trail that goes through our yard and leads to a town at both ends! Cast a line off the dock or go for a swim! Enjoy the sunrise! The space The pictures show the space quite well I think. For the most part the living area will be all yours, but occasionally I may need to pass thru it to access my laundry room. You are in the lower level of our 34 year old home, so there is a certain amount of squeaky floor or pipes that you may hear. Light sleepers my want ear plugs. Guest access We have parking in front of our garage . You have your own entrance. We share our yard and lake with our guests. During your stay We live upstairs, so you will probably see us around and are available here on the Airbnb messenger, in person or via phone. Other things to note We have a lovely, calm golden retriever/lab named Stella. If you don’t like dogs, just ignore her and she’ll leave you alone.
