Red line metro and I-495 with 30 minutes access to Downtown DC. The space The best features are definitely the views from everywhere in the house, especially the living room and sun room, which are for guest use. It is a haven for nature lovers. Rock creek starts in the backyard, which sits on a fenced quarter acre property. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is artfully decorated with a lot of love. Co-host Jesse is on site for any questions. During your stay I will be living nearby, but am always a text or call away! There is an independent studio in the basement rented by a guest, and the upstairs will be shared with just one other guest, my dad Jesse. He is very friendly and when home he spends most of his time enjoying the outdoors and yard work. Guests can be assured utmost care when it comes to COVID safety precautions and cleanliness; my dad actually has diabetes so I'm looking for guests who are just as careful! Other things to note Ideally someone who is working from or with limited exposure to others for Covid safety reasons. Full Bathroom would be shared with one other guest. One other guest has their own private bathroom.
