Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Quaint & Cozy Cape Cod in Charming Family Neighborhood bustling with bikers, walkers, dogs & children. Walking & Biking access to state parks & Bike Trails . 2 minutes to I-95. Private bedroom & bathroom for working professional. No smoking. No children. No pets. Common areas include kitchen, dining room, living room, porch, yard, laundry room. One car per guest room , free parking in the cul de sac. The space Furnished Private Primary Suite with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom in a 4 bedroom/3 bath Cape Cod style home. Shared spaces include kitchen, screened porch, yard, living room, dining room, laundry room. hypo-allergenic/ antiviral/antibacterial air filters in the HVAC to sanitize the air. Guest access The neighborhood is conveniently located in Northern Wilmington, where anything you need is within 10 minutes. Plenty of street parking is accessible in this peaceful cul-de-sac. During your stay My dog Minni and I currently occupy and host my home. We will share the common spaces. I am available for help and questions 24 hours a day. Other things to note I run a dog daycare & boarding business from my home. Each day I care for between 2 and 10 dogs, averaging 3 pups per day. I take much pride in providing a clean, fresh smelling home where guests find little to no sign or reminders that dogs share the home. I clean each and every day, throughout the day, running Roomba robot vacuums on each floor, mopping, polishing floors, wet vacuuming rugs & sofas to maintain a clean & healthy environment. This creates typical noise in the home during the day. As do the dogs playing in the yard and in and around the home, particularly on inclement weather days. Additionally, a cleaning professional cleans the home once weekly. I also tackle home improvement projects during the day such as landscaping, power washing, home repairs, laundry, and home design projects. I begin work at 6am every morning, wind down my workday at 7pm and lock the doors and head to bed at 8pm. The ideal rental guest would be a long term professional who works OUTSIDE of the HOME during the daytime hours, while I tackle the home improvements during the day. This room is not ideal for someone spending the daytime hours inside the home working or sleeping. I understand that as a remote worker, you may wish to overlook the playful activities of the dogs, however, at this time, the ideal renter for the primary bedroom does not work from home and is not in the home during the workday while I am cleaning and working around the home.
