It is the guests responsibility to make their own reservation for the beach, print confirmation and bring with them. The space Bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds. Bedding included and freshly laundered. Pillows and extra blankets are also available for guest use. Closets in both bedrooms. 1 bedroom has nightstands and the second bedroom has a tallboy dresser. Bathroom has a nice soaking tub and shower all in one. Guests bring their own toiletries. Toilet paper, hand towels, bath towel and a wash cloth will be provided for each guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, cooking trays. Keurig machine provided, guests will need to bring their own keurig pods. Toaster, microwave and kettle available. Full sized electric stove and fridge. A bag of ice and some bottles water will be provded to guests. Living room area has a sofa and 2 chairs for seating for 4 people. Board games and a deck of cards available for guest use. Netflix is available on the TV and ready to use, free of charge. Wifi is available and the password will be provided upon guest arrival. Please note that the WIFI can be spotting and temperamental, you are in the country! Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement for use, free of charge. Laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets available for guest use at no charge. Guest access There is 1 driveway to access the property. Guests will have their own parking area (2 spots). Other things to note The bunkie is a 780 square foot home and located in the country, surrounded by crops (farm land) where there are insects (flies, mosquitos, etc). The basement is unfinished, only concrete floors and unfinished drywall on walls, only available for guests to use for laundry purposes.
