The living room with new queen sofa bed and full closet is equipped with a flatscreen TV set up with an Amazon Firestick. You can select from hundreds of movies, Netflix, and other apps to watch TV shows. From the living room you can access the outside deck overlooking neighborhood. The small but well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Locally roasted Collectivo coffee, tea, and snacks in pantry. Dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils are available for your use. Cleaning supplies, plus extra towels, hair dryer, etc. are in the lower bathroom vanity cabinets. Garage space 7 ft wide, 18 ft long, access 6 ft high. For longer term guests, if you would like to use the clothes washer and dryer let us know and access to basement will be provided. From Newport Ave in front of the house, walk up four steps through the gate to the front door. Secure entrance leads to interior stairwell. Continue upstairs to the private Airbnb entrance. The on-site garage has one parking space. Daytime street parking is available. Overnight street parking requires city permission. City bus lines on nearby Oakland Ave offer access to Milwaukee downtown and suburbs. Main entrance leads to first floor landing. Go right upstairs to Airbnb entrance. Your keys are on the coatrack at the second landing halfway up.
