Please, make yourself at home. You have access to everything in the house except for the owner's closet which is located in the master bedroom, and a few cabinets. It is locked during your stay. Please do not tamper with the lock. Other things to note A MANDATORY $103 resort fee per stay is required and will be charged separately after booking. This fee covers access to resort amenities such as garage parking, pools, gym, and more. The primary guest MUST be at least 21 to rent the property. Occasionally there will be Maintenance and/or enhancements to our beautiful resort which may cause an amenity to experience a temporary closure or noise.
