The house was fully furnished in December 2021 and the pool completed in April 2022. This is one townhome of a triplex, and you have total privacy. The foyer/landing is shared between all three residences. Beyond your private electronic keyed door is a living room on the first story. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry are all on the second story. No one is above the bedroom. The rear townhome has the small bedroom over your living room, so you may hear occasional footsteps when they are in there. The pool area is downstairs at the entrance to the foyer. The pool is shared between a duplex and the townhomes. It is open to the the guests of the homes from 9 AM - 8 PM everyday. There are 4 seating areas to choose from for all the guests that are staying at the home. The pool is intended only for guests staying over night (4 for this home). The pool is limited to 12 total guests and the owners of the home. When you book the use of the pool, you are really booking access to a semi-private resort experience: 1.) The pool is chilled, as well as heated. Since we use advanced environmentally safe technology, we can only adjust the pool by 15 degrees. So if its 72 degrees outside, the pool will be 87 degrees depending on the weather that week. 2.) The pool/resort area is over 5,000 sq feet 3.) There are 4 distinct seating areas that in total can accommodate over 20 people, not including the dinning areas. This means that households can be in privacy unless they want to interact with other guests. Note: We only allow 12 guests in the pool areas. Each of our homes only holds 4 guests. Which means only two other homes can use pool at a given time other than the owners. 4.) We have daily pool service that comes and preps the pool area for use. Every morning the pool area is fresh, and ready for you! 5.) We have 2 picnic tables that each seat 6 guests 6.) Spotify playlists can be played over the sound system that has 6 speakers and a sub-woofer 7.) The pool is 25,000 gallons. Most apartment complexes are less than 35,000 gallons. Translation: This pool is massive! Here are some fun things to look forward to: Pool is heated or chilled to a comfortable temperature when possible using new modern technology. Private outdoor seating area in the shared resort. Foam encapsulation - All exteriors walls have 8" foam so you can be in downtown and not hear downtown Rockwool insulation... The triplex has shared walls and floors. All adjoining walls have dense noise canceling and fire retardant insulation Instant Hot Water - It takes less than 6 seconds to start a hot shower Large Walk in closet Redundant Internet - Both AT&T and Spectrum provide bandwidth One of the homes has a pianist that "could" play for 45 minutes between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM. They have a masters in music theory and it is usually very soothing. They currently play about 2 times a week. The pool is NOT attended by Lifeguards. Please follow all posted safety guidelines and markings by the pool. Guest access Access to the building is provided via an electronic lock. Your private code works for the duration of the stay and then deleted for your privacy and safety. Other things to note For our extended stays, we require access to the home every 7-10 days to complete a maintenance cleaning on the home. This will make cleaning upon check out a much easier, and quicker process for our staff. As well, it helps maintain the integrity of our furniture and allow us to maintain the standard of cleanliness we strive for in our homes.
