We are also dog friendly, inquire with us for more information! The space Welcome to "The Downtown Getaway"! This property greets you with its welcoming, unique charm, from the moment of arrival. The entire place is lovingly decorated, with art from local artists and some unique impressions from local sight-seeing destinations, inspiring guests to future adventures. Upon accessing the property you will find yourself in our stylish living room with crackling, gas-powered, fireplace, comfortable couch, and smart flatscreen TV. Sit back and relax while enjoying a vast array of free-to-stream content provided to you by our ROKU service, or log into your own streaming services to catch up on your favorite shows! Attached to the living room you will find our open space dining and kitchen area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and gadgets needed to enjoy homecooked meals during your stay! Open the leaves of our foldable dining table to accommodate the entire group. For a great start to your morning we also provide you with a flex-brew coffee station, giving you the option of using ground coffee, provided by us, or your favorite k-cups. The bedrooms can be accessed through the hallway, which also leads to the bathroom. All bedrooms come with a very comfortable, queen-sized bed and closets, offering convenient storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and comes with a shower-tub combination, toilet, and sink. The laundry area can be accessed through the kitchen and comes with a brand new washer and dryer! But we are not done, yet. This property surprises with a big backyard, too! The backyard is accessible through the backdoor in the laundry room, which also comes with a convenient pet door that your furry companions are going to love! Here we have a sturdy outdoor furniture set. Enjoy a meal while taking in the fresh mountain air or simply relax and let our vanilla-scented ponderosa pines enchant your senses. The backyard is fully fenced in, so that pet owners can rest easy while their dogs roam! Guest access You will receive detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. Guests will have access to the entire property, except the locked garage. Other things to note We do not allow smoking and will charge a non-compliance fee of up to 500$ for any signs of non-compliance. The garage is not available for guest use. Getting into or out of the driveway might be tricky at times, depending on traffic. Additional parking can be found in the back of the property. You are welcome to park your car as close as possible to the backyard fence on the dirt road. Please refrain from parking in spaces that have been designated for specified use, to avoid fees or being towed.
