The space Upper portion of home, with private entrance, keyless entry , private parking, 2 bedroom ,1 bathroom ,fully equipped kitchen ,living room , dining room ,central air and heat , private spacious deck located off the living room includes, outdoor bar ,gazebo with rattan couch, BQ, hosting spectacular views of foothills, swimming pool and Hang Town creek. Also never worry about PG&E turning off power or power outages I have Tesla power wall , it automatically will turn on powering living room, kitchen all but stove, master bedroom .Owner lives below . I have private entrance and lower parking area located below. There is a permanent barrier at bottom of inside stairs , with curtain covering and baby gate at top of inside stairs. Guest access Private parking in upper driveway is for guests staying , with private entrance to the home, with keyless entry. Other things to note Pool is open from June 1st to October 1st. Owner lives below separated by a affixed Barrier at bottom of stairway inside the house ,there is no access to up stairs. Owner has her own lower entrance and driveway completely separate from upper part of home.
