Our house is spacious and new with a lot of charm. We have a nice grassy outdoor area with a grill, a koi pond, a hammock, string lights, and patio furniture for eating outside. The house itself is large and gets lots of nice light throughout the day. The living room has a smart TV and a stereo with a record player and a bluetooth receiver. Kitchen is fully stoked with all the appliances you'd need. The third bedroom is our daughters and has a small crib and plenty of toys and books.
