Welcome to my cozy mid-century modern abode in the historic South Park neighborhood. Though a smaller home, you'll enjoy the comfortable amenities of a full-size home without sacrificing comfort. Whether you are here for business, traveling through or reconnecting with friends and family, this space is perfect for you! ⁣ ⁣ Plus, you’ll be centrally located to many great attractions that call Dayton home: University of Dayton: 5 min Schuster Center: 5 min WPAFB: 15 min Airport (DAY): 15 min The space Do you enjoy spaces that are warm and welcoming in nature? If so, you are going to enjoy this cozy home! This home is centrally located to many great Dayton attractions that you'll never want to leave. At 800 square feet, it is small, but it will feel large due to the simplistic and free flowing layout. Once you enter, you'll be welcomed into the living room. Feel free to hang your coat and take off your shoes. I know it's been an exhausting day of travel, so feel free to prop your feet up and turn on Netflix. In the master bedroom, you will find a luxurious KING size bed. It can sleep 1. It can sleep 2. Shoot, why not try for 3! Inside the very large closet (aren't those door awesome?!) you can hang all of your clothes. On the other end of the house, you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots and pans in order to create that dish you've been wanting to try! If your dish isn't as good as you hoped (it will be delicious), you are near many great restaurants on Brown Street. Throughout the house, you will find all the amenities you might need - big and small. Let me know if you don't see what you need! You might be asking "there are 4 of us and we aren't going to try to sleep 4 in the king bed. Where should we all sleep?" Good question, I'm glad you asked. All the mattresses are like clouds in that they are all memory foam mattresses. Yes, that includes the navy pull-out couch. Memory foam (mic drop). In all seriousness, please enjoy your stay here! It is truly a beautiful space that you'll never want to leave. Oh yes, there is a fire pit in the backyard! Your are more than welcome to head out back and light a fire for yourself. However, you are required to have at least 1 s'more! Guest access You will have access to the entire home. There is free parking on the street. You will enter from the side of the house through a smart lock. Once inside, you have access to the entire house, excluding the basement. Other things to note There are a few security cameras outside the house (front door, in the back of the backyard and near the shed facing the alleyway). All of these camera are to ensure a secure premises throughout the entire property.
