We’d love to host you! Guest access This reservation is for the main floor only, which includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The second floor is unoccupied but not available for guest use. Other things to note 🔑 Booking Details This is a 2-story, 3-bedroom home, but your booking includes access to the main floor only (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living areas, deck, hot tub, and carport). 🚫 Do not access the second floor during your stay—doing so will result in a charge for the full-house rate. ✅ Rest assured, no other guests will be in the home during your stay. This arrangement allows us to offer a more affordable rate with reduced cleaning and linen fees. 👥 Guest Limit Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance. 🎉 Parties & Events No parties or events allowed. Special occasions may be considered with prior approval and will require an additional fee. 🐾 Pets Pets must be pre-approved before booking. Pet fee: 1–2 nights: $125 per pet 5–7 nights: $150 per pet 7+ nights: rate determined by host Pet fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled. 🚭 Smoking, Vaping & Illegal Activity No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property No illegal activity or firearms allowed on the premises 🏡 HOA & Property Rules All guests must comply with HOA rules and regulations No glitter or candles allowed on the property ⏰ Check-Out Policy Check-out is at 11:00 AM, late check-out incurs a $25/hour fee after 11 AM 🧾 Booking Requirements The person who books must be present during the stay. The credit card used must match the name of the guest, no third-party bookings. ⚠️ Penalties & Violations Violation of any house rule may result in loss of your deposit and a minimum $500 penalty per incident Rumbling Bald Resort has active security patrols—any violations or fines related to resort rules are the guest’s responsibility and may result in a $1,000 fee 🛡 Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
