The Colony Studio - Private Entrance !

Enjoy your stay in Dallas in this QUIET, PRIVATE, cozy, newly remodeled studio! It is centrally located 7 minutes from Plano and Frisco and 17 minutes away from the airports. Very close to restaurants and all types of entertainment (Legacy west, Gransdcape, Ford center Frisco ) We just added an 85" Tv! Come and watch your favorite movies and shows in our completely private studio CLOSE to the freeway! The space The Colony Studio is a private unit for yourself ( 1 ) and has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress. Linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. A full private bathroom with hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, A kitchenette with a microwave, big stainless steel fridge, panini maker, sandwich maker, smoothie maker and a coffeemaker. Love seat size couch with 85 inches TV with Netflix and free wireless internet. Parking on the street in front of the home. Long stays welcome. please note we have a kitchenette ( no stove ). We take the standards of clean and safe very seriously ! Stay Well! Guest access ☆☆ Self Check-in ☆☆ Check-in at 2 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m. Walk to the right house to the brown fence door. The guest house has a private entrance with a keyless lock, so you can arrive any time you want, using your own unique code. Other things to note Hello and welcome to our home! We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation. Please read each of the rules carefully Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! 1. We don't have a cleaning fee, Just leave the studio as you found it. Clean! Take out the trash and leave the towels and bedsheets in the clothes basket. ( The cleaning service starts at $80 please avoid any Cleaning fee. ) 2. Parking is on the streets. (Not inside the driveways ) 3. Turn Off the AC every time you leave the Studio ( Important ) 3. No overnight visitors. Please try to avoid making loud noises between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep 4. No Guns 5. Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. For long stays there is not refill of toilet paper or paper towels etc . Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have signed, and could be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property.
