Built in 2002, this modern building perfectly respects the style of the old Savoyard chalets of yesteryear. The building has elevators and stairs giving access to the main street, with its restaurants and shops on one side and the ski slopes on the other. This 91 m² apartment sleeps 8 people, in 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with underfloor heating and convectors in every room. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms have access to two other bathrooms with sink and toilet that are accessible from the common room. The entrance overlooks a large open room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a living area. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are provided as well as plenty of storage. The dining room is equipped with a large table and enough chairs, plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. for 8 people. The living room is spacious and equipped with modern and comfortable furniture, a TV that picks up English channels, DVD player, CD player, as well as books and board games. A large bay window provides access to a south-facing terrace that offers superb views of the ski slopes and mountains. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). The end of stay cleaning is included however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
