Our home brings a modern luxury style and comfort to the tranquility of a private, secluded island. Stress evaporates as you spend your time relaxing in the abundant natural beauty and disconnecting from mainland worries. The space ~ three bedrooms - 1 king, 1 king (converts to 2 twin XL), 3 twin XL’s in bunk bed configuration with single sleeper sofa ~ 3.5 baths and outdoor shower (Note: brand new, large, luxurious deck under the house was recently built. The new outdoor shower is in the works) ~ open and airy entertainment space - open concept living/dining with sliding glass doors to outdoor living space ~ queen sized sleeper sectional sofa in living room ~ fast, reliable internet with workspace ~ new television with streaming, AirPlay, Blu-ray ~ fully equipped kitchen for entertaining ~ full-sized washer and dryer ~ hammock and abundant outdoor seating ~ two outdoor dining tables for 8 overlooking the ocean (one on each deck elevation) ~ outdoor barbecue and abundant outdoor space to live and relax ~ perfect for families - LGI is full of nature to explore, from shell and shark tooth collecting by day to scorpion hunting with blacklight flashlights at night there is a never ending amount of nature to experience. ~ kayak, stand up paddle board, beach toys/chairs (Note: hurricanes Helene and Milton swept away or buried nearly everything under the house. The "HGTV Island Life: Lakeland to Little Gasparilla Island." Guest access Our spacious beach front lot is nestled away in a tropical garden of sea grape and coconut palm trees. Sitting at a base level of 20' with two stories the house presents some of the best unimpeded views of the island and Gulf of Mexico. Access to the island requires a water taxi reservation or private vessel that can be docked at our upgraded spacious shared dock (dock 38 / Marsh Street). Guests may bring their own boat.
