This home has all you need for a relaxing stay from the inviting fireplaces and comfortable beds, to the open concept. The space Unique open concept to enjoy! Ready for comfort and a place to relax. Whether a quick family or romantic get away, passing through, quiet work space, extended stay, or catching the latest concert or entertainment venue this is it. Both bedrooms, one including the living room, are nicely furnished with warm fireplaces that invite an ambiance, smart TVs, and free WiFi that will make you relax and unwind. There is a comfortable king bed downstairs in the bedroom with high quality sheets.. The high end console to your left when you walk in the bedroom is a queen Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress. If this is needed please let us know ahead of time so we can set it up for your convenience before arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, dishes, glasses(including wine glasses), and an ice bucket (for your champagne or wine) , toaster, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, cookware that includes (baking pans, pots, pans), mixing bowls, eating and cooking utensils, and a Keurig for your freshly brewed coffee. Snacks will be available as well. Enjoy the grass wall concept in the kitchen which also gives it a pop! The dining area will now be behind the stairs which gives more room to gather for a family meal or a romantic dinner. There is a full bathroom downstairs with nice quality towels and wash cloths in the cabinet. The wide staircase offers plenty of space to get upstairs to the loft which has a sky light for natural light and a nicely furnished separate seating area. Please use the baby gate for any small children located behind the staircase. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the half story and also will be a very inviting room with a fireplace and smart tv. There is a full bathroom upstairs and extra closet space in it as well. The loft upstairs offers another relaxing area to sit with a skylight that gives natural light. The little nook in the loft also has a dorm sized refrigerator for your convenience so you don’t have to go downstairs so often. The home offers 2 outdoor seating areas one off of the kitchen and one in front of the garage. The garage is not accessible and not to be used at this time with the air bnb. This home does have window and portable AC units that work very well and s a very unique home that is enjoyed by all because of its style, character, and convenience to everything, which is like no other! There will be a $300 cleaning fee if this occurs. 2. Place all towels, wash cloths, sheets, and pillow cases in the clothes basket and on top of the washer and dryer. 3. Please place all remotes near each tv and remote for the fireplace in living room 4. Wash and store all dishes used before leaving the property. Some paper products are provided as well for your convenience. 5. Collect all trash and recycling and place trash in the green bin outside and recycling in the brown bin. DO NOT RECYCLE PLASTIC BAGS, GLASS, or DISPOSABLE PLATES, CUPS, and UTENSILS. DO RECYCLE PLASTIC BOTTLES. 6. Please make sure all lights, fireplaces, and AC units are turned off before leaving the property. 7. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 8.Absolutely no unregistered guests in the home or on the premises. Police will be called and all registered and unregistered guests will have to vacate immediately without a refund.
