Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be 10 minutes from major shopping, 20 minutes from O'Hare Airport, and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago! The space The house is a bungalow. The owner lives in the basement. The tenant will rent the upstairs area which includes a living /dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full eat in kitchen. The tenant will share the kitchen and laundry with the owner. Guest access Parking is all street parking. There is no garage. The bus stop is only a few minutes away and the train station is less than a mile from the house. During your stay I live in the basement of the house. I am usually available. Other things to note If you are a coffee drinker, there is a coffee maker and plenty of coffee available!
